Assistant Director: Holding a position of responsibility or higher and having at least a 7th CPC Level 8 original grade on the CDA scale or an equivalent IDA scale from the Central or State Government, Central or State PSU, or Research Institute. Working knowledge of computers is required. Applicants with backgrounds in DoT, BSNL, or MTNL would be given preference. | |||||||

Junior Telecom Officer: Possessing a position of equal standing from the Central or State Government, a Central or State PSU, or a Research Institute in the CDA or IDA scales, with at least a 7th level grade of 7th CPC.
